About Our Team
Wayne Garcia, DVM
Dr. Garcia is from Saint Petersburg, FL where he grew up with two sisters and three dogs. Dr. Garcia spent his childhood watching his parents in the medical field, which fostered his love for all facets of medicine. He decided to pursue veterinary medicine, knowing pets play such an important role in our lives.
Dr. Garcia earned his bachelor’s and doctorate degree from the University of Florida, where he was fortunate to have his two best friends by his side - Kaiya (a German Shepherd) and Matilda (a German Shorthaired Pointer) - who are honorary Gators! Dr. Garcia has worked in many practices around the eastern United States, and has settled in the Florida Panhandle where he is proud to open OnPoint Veterinary Urgent Care. Dr. Garcia especially enjoys internal medicine, wound care, and urgent care, of course! Outside of the clinic, Dr. Garcia enjoys fishing, boating, and hiking our local trails with his dog.
Victoria Kidder, DVM
Dr. Kidder is Florida native who grew up in the small town of Gulfport with her four brothers and a standard poodle. She was drawn to animals at a young age when she started riding horses. She moved to Gainesville, FL to follow her dream of becoming a veterinarian. Once she graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Kidder joined the US Army to work with our nation’s military working dogs. She started OnPoint Veterinary Urgent Care alongside Dr. Garcia in September 2023.
Dr. Kidder has a special interest in working dog medicine, critical care, pain management, and geriatric medicine (she has a soft spot for grey muzzles). When she’s not seeing patients, you can find Dr. Kidder fishing, paddle boarding, gardening with Florida native plants, or cheering on the Gators.
Dr. Marino is a Louisiana native, where she grew up with an older sister, dogs, cats, and a cockatiel (that lived until he was 22!). With a passion for animal care and an interest in science, Dr. Marino knew from a young age that veterinary medicine was her calling.
Dr. Marino received her bachelor's and doctoral degrees from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers) and a master's degree from Colorado State University.
Her favorite aspects of veterinary medicine are ophthalmology, geriatric medicine, and wildlife, exotic, and avian medicine. In her free time, she enjoys birding, wildlife rehabilitation, and spending time outdoors. She shares her life with her husband, Daniel, and their three furry companions: Mikey and Luna, their dogs, and Nagini, their cat.

She then received her doctorate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical and surgical training at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine.
